Glenda is a counsellor at Think Psychological Services. Having lived in diverse cities including France, Hong Kong, and South Africa for almost 2 decades, she brings a culturally attuned and globally informed perspective. Coupled with her experience in a high-pressure corporate and school environment before she made the switch to counselling, she understands the complexities of stress, transition, and performance demands that many individuals face today.
She adopts an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Art Therapy to support children, teens or adults in navigating challenges with clarity and self-awareness, build resilience and move forward with intention.
For clients seeking a proactive and accelerated path to behavioural change, Glenda adopts a solution-focused, tools-based approach that departs from the traditional model. Her work emphasizes practical, actionable strategies that can be readily applied in daily life, grounded in the belief that meaningful change arises not only from insight, but from the consistent use of effective tools to change one’s internal state.
Glenda enjoys reading philosophy, painting, and music—interests that deepen her appreciation for meaning, perspective, and the human experience in the therapeutic process.
