Davinder Gill has a Masters in Psychology (Clinical) and is a registered Clinical Psychologist, fully endorsed by the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Davinder has over 10 years of experience working across private practice, hospital and community mental health settings in both Australia and Singapore. Her experience ranges across various ages, genders and cultures.
Davinder is an advocate of evidence-based and clinically proven therapies, such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-based interventions.
She has a particular interest in working with postnatal depression/anxiety, trauma-related issues, alcohol and other drug problems, family of origin issues and general psychological disorders. Having lived and worked in Singapore and Australia, Davinder is familiar with difficulties relating to expatriation and is sensitive to cultural adjustment issues. She helps clients from both local and expatriate populations with managing these challenges.
Davinder believes that everyone has the power to transform their lives and often just need the right guidance and direction to overcome difficulties they are facing.
