Christopher is a Psychologist with Think Psychological Services. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and is currently completing his MA Psychology (Clinical Psychology) with the International Psychoanalytic University (Germany).
Christopher utilises evidence-based modalities, such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. He provides counselling and guidance support to help individuals process through various stressors and transitions in life. Christopher believes in taking a holistic approach to help facilitate helpful thinking styles that shape emotional regulation, build confidence and promote positive changes in cognition.
Christopher is experienced in providing counselling and coping/resilience skill-based training to help individuals alleviate symptoms of burn-out, fatigue, depression and anxiety. He believes in building resilience through taking a solution-focused approach and establishing closure through different mediums for the individual.
Christopher is proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He is also able to converse in basic German. During his spare time, Christopher enjoys immersing himself in books, hanging out with friends over coffee and cycling through the parks.
